you've made a good choice with the new iNew V3. It is a very good smartphone for a price around $ 200. The ROM alone can not fix the mechanical problems, it can only provide for the future, the battery charge up to 100% is performed, or other software -related fixes problems. The GPS signal is better when the antenna is also designed in accordance with this or at least has proper contact with the board.
In my guide you can refer to what you have to do if the reception for WiFi or GPS does not meet your notions step by step.
Look for:

These problems do not occur even when all devices on , it is assumed that has been installed the antenna contact times better and sometimes worse ! If it is in your case, but still necessary, so you can do it easily perform! But first wait and see how your new device behaves.
In many cases a good enough EPO.DAT or GPS.CONF file. Here in the forum , you're sure to find something about it!
Reports times if your unit has been received.

I've seen your pics related to wifi. What about gps? Would you post some pics of ygps app?
Hello junkpod,
for GPS you need any other pictures! The GPS contact is on the other half of the cover, the right of the camera hole! There is only one half of the film with a conductive coating, since only the top contact on the circuit board is used! Lifting the contact just like I've explained it for WiFi.
