This is stock 24 APR 2013, clean ROM with TWRP and rooted already. Good ROM to download if you don't want to go through the extra few steps of replacing the recovery and rooting.

Quick and dirty:
• Install [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] and verify in device manager
• Run [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
• Load appropriate scatter
• Turn Off Phone, pull out the battery and put it back in
• Click 'Upgrade Firmware' on Flash Tools
• Plug in Phone - You will see it install the rom. Takes about 2 or 3 minutes. It should finish with a green circle
• Wipe Dalvik, Cache, Factory Reset, Reboot
• Bam you're a ninja.

That's because it came from the Chinese.
The screen on the left is the standard settings menu. There's nothing to be understood there. You can change it to English after the ROM is installed.
The screen on the right is the about phone info. Including the fingerprint, the kernel and baseband versions and the build dates.

Hi,
My phone is H7500+ and currently using ZP800H_130407 rom. I following instructions for rom Wind 4.2.1 24 APR 2013, then perform 3 wipe plus factory reset. Afterthat I reboot the phone and only bootup logo "MLais" freeze on screen. Can anybody help me?
When I reserve it into rom ZP800H_130407, it is working fine.
What did you wipe? Should be 2 wipes and factory reset, not 3. Did you wipe system?
