Please @poldi0815 ... read carefully the installation steps.
You have
NOT to flash Carliv custom recovery !
You have to use the
STOCK recovery to install the ota update zip

STEPS :
1) Unlock bootloader (
follow carefully all the steps).
2) Use TWRP
3) Use the next commands :
adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)
fastboot boot c:\adb\recovery.img (and press enter)
4) Install SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip
Use Carliv recovery
ONLY if you plan to install a custom rom.

I unlocked the bootloader once again and tried to install carliv.....nothing...absolutely nothing...flashed it by SP tool AND by ADB commands...phone just vibrates and boots normal.
Now I ran and installed twrp 3.0.2 again and it works.
So let t be...system is ok now
Finally
Vernee drives you crazy ?
It just needs getting used to.
When you learn how to do it, you should go all the way.

How can I disable this message and NO I don't want to activate the location in settings.

@poldi0815:
It was hard enough installing and configuring the ota update zip.
I suggest you to do not to touch anything onto Settings.
To tap on "Close" is more than enough ... trust me.

Before to install Xposed Framework (and begin to mod your phone),
I
strongly recommend you to make a full backup by twrp onto microSD.
