Not tested yet.
Titanium Back up is pre installed [ could find in settings> app] but could not find in app drawer to run it. plz help.
It could not be fresh installed also.
Same with HD4 Xperia Z UI. It is "cooked" as system app, and you can open only in system settings -> Backup & reset. If you have donate version of titanium yourself, you could delete titanium app in /system/app, and install it from google play. Now you have icon in app drawer. But i have not tested yet.

I wuld like to know if its pre rooted or not. and what android version is it? 4.2.1 of 4.2.2?
Im trying to update my phone tomorrow, so if possible i would like to know

4.2.1.. and its pre-rooted. The only problem is that it is currently support only english and vietnamese keyboard
I recommend using a 3rd party keyboard regardless. In terms of functionality and options, the stock keyboard is horrible. I've never missed it.
