When I try to format, why I always get this error ? "S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAILED"
May be because of the firmware images doesn't match with the dram block inside my tablet.
I may better stop all modification and wait the original rom to flash.

Possibly, if it doesn't match, you won't be able to format with an incorrect image.
Btw.: It works for my tablet. I presume, I'll have to watch out for the correct ROM if the one you get works for you.
But you're right, if there is a correct ROM in sight, it's better to wait.

Searching for the term azhuo tablet that's omnipresent in my build.prop, I came across this manufacturer:

There is some striking visual similarity (optical) to Azuho KT107 (which is running Android 5.1, though)... and (according to the data in the settings) some striking technical similarities to Azuho T96.

I do really surprised since I have the exactly same model/same mainboard with your tablet but why I can't flash the same firmware as yours.

Look at Tablet R960 here -

or watch out for Jlinksz KT107
According to your build.prop, your motherboard is a zh960. I'll send you PM.
The build.prop I pulled off my device reads azhuo all over the place... it's two different, but similar (?) producers. With different ROMs. And one guy in the middle faking his a** off. And thereby creating loads of trouble and work, as he doesn't want to be caught.
Edit: I uploaded the FW-folder I used for flashing, creating stripes on my screen.

Note: my T906 has build version of vEN0B82 beacause it use fake android 8.1 (rom vEN0B81 use fake android 6.0)
UPDATE:
Now I downloaded and flash file of your romm KT106D_V03_D3_E-1+16_31PIN.
First I read file MT6582_Android_scatter.txt,
then change recovery and bootimg to my original backup stock recovery.img and boot.img. (stored in google drive)
Now my tab T906 is backed to life !!!
This is main welcome color screen
and the application screen
it respond to touch finger, and copy screen although I can't see the screen.
The next thing is to find the correct version of file lk.bin and nvram.bin
which are the control drivesr for display at correct resolution (800 * 1280)
Of course, we still need the most important file preloader.bin.
This is because the T906 scatter file doesn't accept file preloader.bin from your rom KT106D_V03_D3_E-1+16_31PIN.
woww, now my pc can detect the tablet via usb connect and declare my tablet as "KT107H"
The next thing is to find all other files according to data from BlockMap,
each file must has exactly the same size as in the picture below.
Actually, I compared the preloader file from KT106Detcetera with the one I pulled of my device. It's identical. Maybe you have to rename the preloader file or alter the name in the scatter file as it's called preloader_096h or something like that.
I agree, we need the correct lk and nvram-files or whatever defines the display settings. I didn't manage to find out how to find the correct ones, though. I can tell that there is a sticker on my LCD screen that reads PX101IN278II07A.

Good news, i may get a files of T906 on tomorrow but I'm still don't know clearly how to pulled each rom files from the tablet. So it may take sometimes to do so.
