So the difference between the Inew V3 and the P10 is the P10 does not have NFC and has a 2mp front camera instead of a 5mp.

The difference between the P10 and P10C is that the P10C has a different resolution screen and a bunch of other difference. So the P10C rom is completely different while the P10 Rom is very close to our V3 rom as the specifications are almost the same.

Think of the P10C being a cheaper entry level model.

If your ever flashing a rom not for the V3 using SPFlashTools dont ever flash the preloader, You can brick your device,

CXQ who makes the inew firmware have released a KITKAT rom for an OEM device based of the 5C Model [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]. Look at the logo

You can find the rom on [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Nice of them to release it for OEM phones but not thier own ...

Anyways , Flashing that rom, whilst everything works, sound etc, the LCD doesnt as it has different drivers .

Just a heads up if people want to play around. The preloader from the ione max is fine to flash on V3 as i have did so myself.

*Edit , I should rephrase that, The company who compile are eastaeon, if you download a few of thier roms, you can find a few config files which shows the emails of the builders etc, It also shows the source tree of their products including the inew v3. just saying

Unfortunately i have yet to find one , There was a document which contained all the Flash Type, , Touch Pad, LCD, Camera, Sub-Camera, G-Sensor names and drivers but it was mainly for earlier models of the V£ , We could of at least tried to build a working using the kitkat sources available and modifying another manufactures source , Hard but doable

Hi Wilsey, just wonder what does the LCD doesn't work mean? If there is no display, how do you test the other functions?

Hey bbq88,

LCD doesnt work means the LCM ( lk.bin/uboot ) drivers are incorrect .

Using the sdk and logcat , with it booted up, you can hear the boot up audio so sound works, Touch screen/Keys work as you can log them, also can take screenshots and view them. i can also navigate partly using this method and connect wifi etc so it works also.

The maxone also comes with a doc with the build numbers and parts list. Everything except the LCD is the same as v3 , sensors etc
