Guess i tried with one of the profile "CHERRY MOBILE FLARE_S5"! The PATCHER install well, and i try installing a rom into the 'EXTSD' which installed but when i attempt booting into the installed rom, the unit soft bricked. SO I BELIEVED I HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ADVICE! Thanks a million, Cleo!

Above all, I suggest you to install the stock rom at post number seven :

- Homtom HT17 Pro R09 - Xposed Framework Fixed

Then, download and install the next apk :

Then, follow the instructions on the store.


Additional comment :

I hope you did NOT use the "Format All + Download" option on SP Flash Tool.
NEVER use that option on SP Flash Tool.
It is because it DELETE your two IMEIs.

TWRP INSTALLATION STEPS :

1) Tap on "Settings" -->"About phone" --> "Build number".
2) Tap 7 times on "Build number".
3) Tap on "Developer option" and enable "USB debugging".
4) Download the latest version (5.1828.00.000) of SP Flash Tool :

5) Download the NEW TWRP 3.2.1-0 at the next link :

6) Download the HT17_P_pack.rar at the next link :

7) Unrar the rar. Copy the 2 zips & apk onto your microSD.
8) Turn off the phone.
9) Open SP Flash Tool.
10) Unrar the TWRP rar.
11) Load the scatter file inside the twrp folder.
12) Select Download Only option.
13) Click Download.
14) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with USB cable.
15) When 100% disconnect the USB cable.
16) Enter onto twrp recovery (volume up + power buttons simultaneously).
17) Release immediately them when appears Homtom logo.

FUNDAMENTAL

18) Tap on WIPE
19) Tap on FORMAT DATA
20) Type YES and then tap the check mark




VITAL

21) Tap Install, Select Storage, Micro SDCard, OK.
22) Tap on SR5-SuperSU-v2.82-SR5-20171001224502.zip
23) Swipe to confirm Flash.
24) Do not worry about "unable to mount /Data".
25) Tap on Busybox-1.27.2-YDS-UNIVERSAL.zip
26) Swipe to confirm Flash.
27) Tap on Reboot.
28) Tap on DO NOT INSTALL (next screenshot) :



29) When phone booted in default mode, tap on SuperSU icon to activate it.
30) To avoid to press volume + power buttons to enter onto twrp,
I recommend you to install Quick Reboot Root_v1.6.5.apk
