Can someone please tell me how to restore the samsung boot animation to my note 5 clone? I did a factory reset after playing with it because it's a Christmas gift for my 13 year old. After the rest the boot animation is a picture if the android instead of note logo. Please help

hi please can you tell me the code?? i lost the code and mi seller doesnt answer. seems to desapear... i got a s6 clone mtk 6582 android 5.0.2 1gb ram. datuyo rom. i tried many codes anyone works.
