Bluboo Dual MT6737T - ROMs and TWRP

OFFICIAL STOCK FIRMWARE




Firmware version :

FIRMWARE STEPS :

a) Download the latest version (5.1648.00) of SP Flash Tool :

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

b) Unrar the stock firmware.
c) Open SP Flash Tool.
d) Load the scatter file inside stock firmware folder.
e) Select "Download Only".
f) Click Download.
g) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with usb cable.
h) When flash process finished (100%) disconnect from the pc.
i) Press power button.


TWRP 3.0.3

You have to choose between the next two options :

A) Flash it (you need an OTG mouse because touch screen does not work).
B) Boot it by Fastboot mode (touch screen works but need a pc).



First option steps (OTG mouse) :

1) Download SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip at the next link :

2) Unrar the rar. Copy the 2 zips onto your microSD.
3) Download the latest version (5.1648.00) of SP Flash Tool.
4) Download the twrp at the next link :

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

5) Flash the recovery.img (Download Only mode).
6) Press "volume down" and "power" buttons simultaneously.
7) Select the first white line with volume down.
8) Press volume up to confirm.

VITAL STEPS (without them the phone will does NOT boot)

9) Tap on "Install".
10) Tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
11) Tap on "SuperSU-v2.79-SR3.zip".
12) Swipe to confirm Flash.
13) When installation is finished, swipe to reboot.
14) Be patient !
15) Tap on the icon of SuperSU to activate it.


Second option steps (Fastboot mode) :

PLEASE FOLLOW VERY CAREFULLY ALL THE STEPS !

1) Install the adb drivers and fastboot commands :

2) Unrar the rar. Run “adb-setup.exe”. Hit “Y” to all 3 questions.
3) Tap on Settings --> About phone --> Tap Build number seven times.
Developer options --> OEM unlocking enabled and USB debugging enabled.
4) Download SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip at the next link :

5) Unrar the rar. Copy the 2 zips onto your microSD.

STEPS TO DO ONCE ONLY :

6) Plug your phone to PC via USB cable.
7) Allow the pop up request on your phone to give your PC USB debugging.
8) Open CMD (command prompt).
9) Type the next command :

adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)

10) Now type the next command :

fastboot oem unlock (and press enter)

11) Press volume down (into your phone) to confirm to unlock the bootloader.
12) Reboot in normal mode (be patient, when you unlock the bootloader, the phone reset to factory).

STEPS TO DO EVERY TIME YOU NEED TWRP RECOVERY :

13) Copy the TWRP (recovery.img) into the same folder of fastboot.exe and adb.exe ( c:\adb\ ).
14) Connect your phone to the PC via USB cable.
15) Open CMD (command prompt) and type the next command :

adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)

16) Now type the next command :

fastboot boot c:\adb\recovery.img (and press enter)

VITAL STEPS (without them the phone will does NOT boot)

KEEP IN MIND to install "SuperSU-v2.79-SR3.zip" ONCE ONLY

17) Tap on "Install".
18) Tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
19) Tap on "SuperSU-v2.79-SR3.zip".
20) Swipe to confirm Flash.
21) When installation is finished, swipe to reboot.
22) Be patient !
23) Tap on the icon of SuperSU to activate it.

OUKITEL U20 PLUS - Ported Rom for Bluboo Dual

c) Open SP Flash Tool.
d) Load the scatter file inside stock firmware folder.
e) VITAL : Select "FIRMWARE UPGRADE" option !
f) Click Download.
g) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with usb cable.
h) When flash process finished (100%) disconnect from the pc.
i) Press power button.
j) Be patient round 5 minutes.

To come back to the original firmware - always FIRMWARE UPGRADE


TWRP 3.0.3 :

You have to choose between the next two options :

After the installation of SuperSU and BusyBox :

1) Download the next rar :

2) Unrar it and copy the three files onto your microSD.
3) Reboot onto twrp recovery.
4) Install "xposed-v87-sdk23-arm64.zip".
5) Reboot in normal mode.
6) Install "XposedInstaller_3.1.1.apk".
7) Install "Immersive Mode Forcer Xposed_v3.0.4.apk"
8) Tap on icon of "Xposed Installer".
9) Tap on "Modules", put the check mark onto ""Immersive Mode Forcer".
10) Reboot the phone.
11) Swipe down from the top to see the hidden soft keys.
12) I suggest you to uncheck "WhatsApp".
13) I suggest you to uncheck "Messaging".

- Added SuperSU-v2.79-SR3
- Added Busybox.v1.26.2


ROM STEPS :

1) Install the TWRP 3.0.3 (follow the steps at first post).
2) Download the "Dual-Ulefone_Gemini-port.zip" at the next link :

3) Copy & paste "Dual-Ulefone_Gemini-port.zip" into microSD.
4) Reboot into twrp recovery.
5) Make a full backup of the stock rom (Boot, System and Data) into microSD.
6) Make a backup of NVRAM separately into microSD.
7) Tap on "Wipe" (main screen of twrp).
8) Tap on "Advanced Wipe".
9) Select Dalvik/System/Cache/Data/Internal Storage BUT NOT Micro SDCard.
10) Swipe to Wipe.
11) Return to the main screen of twrp.
12) Tap on "Install".
13) Tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
14) Tap on "Dual-Ulefone_Gemini-port.zip".
15) Swipe to confirm Flash.
16) When installation is finished, swipe to reboot.
17) Be patient round 3 minutes.
18) Tap on the icon of SuperSU to activate it.
19) Make all the update on "Play Store".

It will be better (and helpful) for all the owners of Bluboo Dual.

I suggest you to install the Ulefone Gemini ported rom with TWRP.

Any chance to be succesful to flash the elephone rom with spFlashTool and then flash the ctr and SU then as explained for the tutorial for the root on needrom. And how the ported rom working on the Dual.
