This is obviously not a real SM-N900 (Samsung Note 3). What phone is it? Does it even have 4G capabilities?
Additional questions:
1. Has this phone ever had signal? That is, did you buy it like this or did it suddenly stop working?
2. Do you have a valid SIM card in your phone? Have you tried the SIM card in another phone to verify it works?
