If you've tried all the quick roots and they don't work and

If you don't have boot.img from your ROM, then

Or, if you have boot.img from the same ROM as your phone is on, you can follow Ranpha tutorial from the first image in the tutorial

I have Lemhoov L15, MTK6582 1.3ghz. Android 4.4.2.
Have a problem I can not open all of Google Applications.
Instead I can Install that but can't open it. Even I try to install from web.
Do I have to root the device.?
