after i try to install font on my phone china mtk 6572 model c20i

version 4.2.2 phone make song a little of start up and stock on the bluse screen with

android and not respond i try to do wipe factrory but this still stock i dnot know what to do

When you try to reset to factory, do you wipe the cache first?
