[Question] jlink/K960 vKB004K in bootloop

Having problem with the vKB004K 9.7" (diagnal measurement)

... Recovery and bootloader ok

This thing is stuck in a bootloop.with no usb mtp, although I can use fastboot and sideload.

Other info from build.prop which seems to be accurate...

Not sure what the board is as apparently it's hidden underneath.

Rooted and unlocked

The vKB005A is the closest to it I can see from the scatter file of the vKB005A (can't get to scatter file because of bootloop) .

Any suggestions or help?
