Hi everyone is there a simple way to get a rom for my goophone s5 MTK6592 that is like the ui interface of the real s5?

The Samsung UI is called "TouchWiz".
The easiest way to simulate that UI is to install a launcher that mimics it. Try installing "Galaxy Launcher (TouchWiz)" from the Google Play store. It should give you what you're looking for.
Honestly, I dislike the whole TouchWiz interface. As long as you're trying different launchers you may consider trying one that gets better reviews. A lot of people here like Nova Launcher and Apex Launcher. I personally prefer Smart Launcher for the minimalist and very fast interface.
