just wanted to see if there are any Xiaomi owners or MIUI users here?
i am considering a Xiaomi phone (either Hongmi 1s or MI3, less likely a Hongmi Note) and wanted to see how people are pleased with theirs (or not).
Currently i am leaning towards the Hongmi 1s and waiting for 22nd July announcement of probably MI4 and/or MI3s.
i'd really rather have the MI3, but no sd-card and no dual sim is a bummer.
there is a 64GB version though, but still...

I have just bought a redmi note and had it a week now, I love it, it is a big phone but it does everything brilliantly, 3g is really fast, video playback is brilliant, music sounds great and everything just works. Anyone reading this all I can say is just buy one.
in the meantime i canceled my second order of Redmi 1s and ordered a MI3 instead.
since today it's waiting for DHL to pick it up.
oh, and i bought it at our sponsor @"merimobiles" , like i did the Redmi 1s and MIWifi Router and some accessories before. Highly recommendable, honest, fast and answers quickly.

hope you enjoy it.
it would be a really great phone, only drawback for me is the Mediatek chipset.
Mediatek is pretty much a "persona non grata" in Android world.
other than that i believe the Redmi Note is sure a great phone.
you both have the advanced version or the normal one (difference is RAM - 1 or 2 GB, CPU clock 1.4 or 1.7GHz and internal storage 4 or 8GB)
