Hi,

I would like to buy a china phone which preferably would be no more than $125. I would also like the phone to have 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM. Can someone help me please? Thanks

If you can get it up to $140, that's good. Recommend the THL W100, or possibly ZTE V967S if you're not in North America.

I don' have any experience about this particular model, but people seem quite happy with their iNew phones. The specs for this price are very decent.

I did a quick preview, keep in mind there are 2 different versions. A 16GB version and 4GB version. The 16GB version is significantly pricier.

I was also looking at Lenovo A760, is this phone any good please? Whats the difference between the A706 model? I don't know if the A760 is a replica of A706? Thanks

There will be a significant difference in resolution. The Lenovo a760 is 480p, while the iNew i7000 is 720p. It's double the pixels. If you play a lot of high-end 3D FPS games, it's not necessarily a bad thing because you'll get better frame rates with the a760, but for general use, the i7000 will look significantly sharper. It's difficult to recommend 480p in 2013. Even on a 4.5" screen. But quality wise the Lenovo is fine.

The Lenovo a706 is a different phone. It uses MSM8225Q and Adreno 203 GPU. MTK6589 is a significantly stronger chip all around.

Hmm I will opt for the i7000 model then. Is there a way to use the coupon on lower prices please? The reason is that in order to use the 'arena' coupon I need to spend 17.67 Euros more Sad

Hi,

I just contacted them this afternoon regarding minimum. Their CINCO coupon is also limited the same way. If you can wait, that will be good. Now it's weekend in China so no orders will be shipped.

If you can't wait (I know the feeling), order as normal. If merimobiles doesn't refund 5%, I will give it back to you out of my own pocket.

Yes, this is because of the situation. It's Friday, so not easy to get a reply on the weekend, but I know the feeling of wanting to buy after we've finally made the decision.

I will contact them again regarding this. I'm not sure of their reaction because the same limitation is on their CINCO coupon.

If we don't have an answer by Monday afternoon (China time), you can go ahead and purchase and I will refund to you 5% if merimobiles doesn't wish to extend their coupon to lower priced phones.

Thanks for trying to wait through the weekend.

Other users, I just need to note this is a special situation because we didn't know of the limitation until now (it may be something new). So I can't offer 5% out of my pocket on phones purchased in the future.

Hopefully we will see them change it to phones $100 or more. That will be good.
