i have a mtk phone running (fake) 4.4.2 KitKat and i can't write to a SD card
I've rooted it and tried to download SDFix from the play store but its incompatible with this version, another sdfix downloaded but it did not fix the problem
I do not know the exact model and manufacturer of the phone, its a Galaxy S5 clone with the following specs (according to specdevice):
Display: 854 x 480; DPI: 240; Evaluated Size: 4.1"
Touch Screen: NOT multitouch 1 point
GPU: Mali-400 MP; ARM; OpenGL
ES-CM 1.1; OpenGL ES 2.0
RAM: 512 MB (486 MB available)
Flash: 4 GB (3.616 GB actual); 2 GB (1.854 GB actual)
Processor: 4 cores; ARMv7
Processor rev 3 (v7l); Max: 1900.0 MHz; Min: 250.0 MHz
Camera: Photo: 5.5 MP; Max: 2880x1920; Video: 0.9 MP; Max: 1280x720; Focus: auto infinity continuous-picture continuous-video; Flash modes: off on auto torch
Additional Camera: Photo: 0.3 MP; Max size: 640x480; Video: 0.3 MP; Max: 640x480; Focus: auto infinity continuous-picture continuous-video; Flash modes: off
MTK Build (according to Mobileuncle Tools):
ro.mediatek.version.release = ALPS.JB3.MP.V1
ro.mediatek.platform = MT6572
ro.mediatek.chip_ver = S01
ro.mediatek.version.branch = ALPS.JB3.MP
it has 1.3 GB storage
How do i use a SD card on this phone?
do i need to install official 4.4.2 KitKat and then use SDFix?
if i do, how do i do this step by step?
