Hello everyone!
I have buy iNew v3, black one, with KitKat 4.4.2. I have problem with helium backup. I didn't know how to root this software i have tried vroot, kingo, framaroot and few more tools but I didn't succed
For Helium backup I have to connect my phone to computer and with Helium dekstop app I must enable app on my phone. On computer I get message that "Helium has been enabled on your Android", but on my phone there is still message that my phone "Waiting for the Helium Desktop application to enable application backup for your Android".
Can somebody help me? What am I doing wrong? All drives are OK, USB Debugging is turned ON.
