[Question] My C20i don't turn on

Hello people, my C20i don't turn on, has only 1 week of use, has no bumps, scratches, pressure, absolutely nothing, I would be eternally grateful to help me, thanks.

Is it charging when you plug it in?

Make sure the battery is pressed firmly against the contacts. You may need to put a small piece of folded up paper or similar in the end of the battery to push it up better against the contacts.

If this doesn't work, and assuming you didn't do some modification to your phone, then it's likely dead, you'll need to send it back for warranty.

I don't made any modifications to the cell, just talked with the provider and I will send software if it does not work I should send it back, thanks for your response.
