Did you leave the phone outside with screen on and GPS test running for 15 minutes?
Does your phone have GPS? I mean, can you turn GPS on in settings?

Look in settings, is there a switch for GPS?
If there is, then run GPS test.
Did you change your ROM? Or mess with your phone? This can make a problem with GPS.
