problem with samsung gt-i8190 clone

my prooblem is pattern lock screen also
-can't get download mode(power button+home+volum-)
-can't get recovery mode(power button+home+volum+)
-usb debugging not enabled
is there a way to reset the phone or trick to install cwm or twrp
or any idea can help

i can get mini recovery by pressing power button & home if this can inspire an idea!!!!
