[Question] InewV3 gets stuck

Hi my Inew V3 seems to get stuck with weird green and grey lines. Do you guys have any idea what is happening.

It comes back normal when i take the battery off and power it on again. But the problem still occurs. Sometimes it would be fine. But eventually this happens.

You can try factory reset, but to me it looks like a mainboard problem. Unlikely to be a software fix.

Send it back for warranty if its still in good physical shape and the factory reset doesn't fix the issue.

Or just keep it and use it if the problem isn't too frequent and you can put up with it
