M7 plus use MTK 6753 64 bit octa core

Should be fine. 6752 is 64 bit octa core too, but that doesn't really matter. Use the scatter that comes with the CWM.

Make sure you have stock recovery available just in case. The worst thing that happens is the recovery doesn't work and you have to reflash your stock recovery.
