i'm having problem with camera on my doogee f5
one friend of mine gave me this phablet and i immediately restored to factory settings to delete all old data inside
everything worked fine except for the camera
when i started the camera didn't work. appeared the three button (settings, take picture and another one i don't know what's the use) but couldn't take picture.
i pressed the home button but when i tried to open again camera application it's showing a message like "Cannot connect to camera. Please close any other app that may be using the camera of flash"
previous owner told me that camera was perfectly working
i tried to search in this great forum but it looks i'm the only one having this trouble.
i was reading on the web that someone had some similar problem and said the cause was android Lollipop
someone is telling the problem is in the hardware and i found on this forum a teardown post to open the phone. i should try to open it (i was changing spare parts in my previous apple iPhone and i think i'm able to do it on this phone) but my second question is if someone knows if the camera is fixed on mother board or if maybe there is connector on mother board like on iPhone which maybe it's just disconnected.
