[Question] Elephone 4G: Data connection by 3.5G SIM

Hi all!
In my currently received new Elephone 4G there are two problems:

1. From my service provider I have 3.5G SIM.
Initialization of "data connection" mode did not make any working data connection, but blue indicator "3G" is appearing.

2. Despite "screen rotation" option is ON, the screen does not rotate

What is known about? How it may be treated?
