Hi everyone. I'm pretty new to this website, I wanted to find out whether their is a custom rom that I am able to install on my JXIAOMAI NOTE 3 ??

Unfortunately, I've never heard of JXIAOMAI. I poked around NeedROM but found nothing.
If you're feeling adventurous, you could make a backup ROM and build CWM for your phone. Post those up for others with your phone to enjoy.
Then you can go nuts trying to build your own MIUI port. You can boldly go where no man has gone before!
