[Question] Charging Issue on Cubot P11

Hi guys has anyone experiencing the same on Cubot devices. My phone when connected shows charging on battery indicator but percentage decreases in stead of increasing,phone is just one week from the store. It's the same thing am experiencing on the same device after they've replaced for me a new device. Any help will be appreciated.
