Well done ... but I can't see in your screenshots your Mediatek SoC version
Do you have already tried to install (on your pc) the proper ADB driver (to connect your phone with your pc) ?
The only possible solution is to try to get informations (about your phone) with MTK Droid Tools. If you could connect your phone to your pc via usb ... you will be able to install the proper twrp by "Easy Magic TWRP Installer for all MediaTek". I could make a TWRP for your phone ... but ... Are you sure to have downloaded the proper stock firmware for your phone ?
If you are not able to connect your phone to your pc ... if something will goes wrong ... you will not be able to restore your bricked phone ... understand ?

I am still waiting for your answer about the Windows OS version.
Do you have enabled the "Developer options" on your phone ?
Do you have enabled the "USB debugging" on your phone ?
