Need rom wish phone m10

Somehow I manager to get this phone bricked by removing systemapp. Tried both recovery mode reset and factory mode reset. Still stuck at welcome screen.

Used Google lens to copy the text from the infoscreen at factory mode

If you create a TCP/IP port without a static IP above, you may lose your TCP/IP connection and have the same issue.
