Help encrypting a Landvo L200 MTK6582

Can anyone help, it doesn't seem to encrypt for me :-(

It keeps booting and says encryption unsuccessful. I have used this link to repartition the phone, i think this is what the problem is....

Any help much appreciated. I can wipe the phone as it is brand new and no data on the phone.

It currently has 2 x 3 Gb partitions, instead of the one 2Gb partition it had with 0.89Gb free

I apologize, but i am a bit confused. Which was the 0.89GB? What is your total ROM capacity?

There is a helpful table here that allows you to adjust your own ebr files. I am not sure how universal ebr files are wrt chipsets. It might serve you better to use this method instead. At least you are using your own phone's ebrs. But still keep a copy of your original ebrs. That is important.

A friend of mine recommended leaving a 500MB buffer in between the end of ebr1 and the beginning of ebr2 if the first try gives you partition issues such as corrupt memory.
