This tutorial will show you how to root MT6752 MT6753 MT6735 MT6732 and how to flash a custom CWM TWRP custom recovery without using PC version of SP Flash Tools.
****You will need the CWM or TWRP for your phone to complete this process
Beginning with the new MT67xx line of SoCs, we now have a new option for the all important step towards root: flashing a custom recovery. Something that's been available for awhile on Intel and Qualcomm SoC is now available to us China phone / MediaTek lovers: fastboot / bootloader flash commands.
The beauty of this is that you don't need to use SP Flash Tool, which reduces the chances of you causing a brick, and equally important: there's no need for an MT6752 MT6753 MT6735 MT6732 scatter.
This should work with most of the recent MTK releases with the newer SoC, but there are no guarantees.
I will use a CPA video for instructional for the newbie.
Okay, now that that's out of the way, let's begin.
Preparation

if you don't have them installed already

Download the CWM or TWRP recovery for your phone

IMPORANT: if your CWM/TWRP recovery is not named "recovery.img", then rename it to "recovery.img"

If you will be rooting too, and copy it to your phone storage or SD

Turn on developer mode and USB debugging

Action

With your phone on, connect your phone to your PC with a USB cable

IMPORTANT: Pay attention to your phone's display for any dialog permission boxes that come up, and allow them

Open the folder with the recovery.img in it

In a blank space in the folder, hold SHIFT and RIGHT-CLICK your mouse button

An option box will open, select "Open command window here"

In the black box that opens, type "adb reboot bootloader". Allow any dialog boxes that come up on your phone. Your phone should reboot into a mode waiting for your command

Type "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"

Type "adb reboot recovery"

Rooting

When booted into your CWM TWRP recovery, select "install zip from SD"

Navigate to the SuperSU.zip you copied to your phone earlier

Reboot
