Wipe dalvik and cache and system restore from recovery mode.
If that doesn't work, flash back to a stock or known working firmware.

and how do i flash this phone back?
You still can do a system restore and wipe from recovery. If it doesn't work, you need to find a stock or working ROM and flash it with SP Flash Tools.

What happens if you hit the power button and the capacitive keys when you see that?
If nothing happens, you need to flash stock firmware using SP Flash Tool.

What firmware did you flash?
The phone works fine when you're connected to Shuame...? What do you mean, connected to shuame?

i flashed stock firmware that i found somewhere,
i think it was on xda,
but shuame is a "chinese" root program an it has the possibilities to take screenshots.
so the phone and firmware works, but the screen doesnt.
