Hi.
Purchased this Lonovo s850c, only had a few days and now issues, tried factory reset but no joy
turn it on....home screen comes up and then it comes up with...TIPS...APPLICATION HAS CRASHED....repair/cancel..just repeats over and over....any ideas ?

Certainly that is a clone. If you will download/install MTK Droid Tool 2.5.3 ... and you will connect your phone (with usb cable) on your pc ... and you will start MTK Droid Tool ... you will see appear on MTK Droid Tool all the informations about your phone. MTK Droid Tool will tell you : "MT6572 (MT6592 is fake)". I have found the proper ROM for your phone. Don't worry ... I have downloaded it to check the contents of the zip. Download it from the link below :

And then, download and install the latest version of SP Flash Tools from the link below :

HiYa, I downloaded all the files you linked me too, followed the video to the letter.
phoned flash but only took a few seconds and then came up with OK

Have now turned phone on but the screen is all lines ?... un-able to see anything..any idea's ?

was visable prior to this just with that error message over and over, could see icons..now nothing just these lines

It's impossible because I have found the ROM in a very reliable russian site.
In this russian site there are very skilled members. They have done miracles. They are a very active community. They have solved many problems. They have created very interesting roms. Probably you have done something wrong in the procedure of SP Flash Tools.
