To find the stock rom for your device is very difficult ... it is easier to climb the Himalaya ! I can suggest you an extreme solution that isn't dangerous for your device. Try it ... maybe can solve your problem :-)
Connect your device to your pc with usb cable.
Install "SRS One Click Android Root v4.7" (exe for Windows).
At the left of the panel click on "ADB toolbox" and then click "Reboot Recovery" in the right of the panel. If your device will start in Recovery Mode, you will able to do a factory reset.

Hi iaSnalcA.can you write how your windows see your phone.is it like mtk device, android,or something else.
Wow i come realy old.my brain go slow (50 year).if windows see your phone maybe you can try with mtk droid tool to see what happened.if droid tools see your phone then is possible to root, maybe backup.but first goal will be like my friend Cleopatra said in his reply to install philz recovery and try backup.then gently? wipe and reboot system.?
the first time that I've tested "SRS One Click Android Root v4.7", it has given me your same error.
At the third attempt, finally it worked very well. I invite you to try several times. If it will doesn't work, you could try my last solution below:

ok.. I made a screen shot of how my computer see's my device.. it's on the attachment below..
first of all I want to clear some situations here for reference..
*my phone is in dead boot right now.. (no boot,no charging, nothing)
*my phone is still being recognize by my computer (it's on the attachment below,.)
*I have tried to flash STOCK ROM from other device that is somewhat similar to my phone (I have successfully flashed one but even it's say's download ok with the green circle it's still don't boot..)
I also want to ask if the "SRS One Click Android Root v4.7" tool can be use even the phone is dead? because it say's that I have to enable USB Debugging mode to use it.. I can't do that because my phone is dead right now..
and also do I have to remove my battery when I use it? or insert?
----update---... I used PhilZ.. there's a message.. something like adb shell is not working.. please check... what do I do now?
unfortunaly you can do nothing.try to find some simillar rom.for SRS you must have inserted battery.it's only way flash rom but in this moment i realy can't help.sorry
THE FIRST STEP (fundamental) is to try different versions of drivers for Windows:
1)MTK65xx_ADB_USB_Driver_2012.08.27_v3
2)MTK65xx_USB_VCOM_Drivers_Windows8_1.4
3)MTK65xx_USB_VCOM_Drivers_XP-Vista-Windows7_1.1.23
4)MTK65xx_USB_VCOM_Drivers_XP-Vista-Windows7_1.5
5)MTK6589_PdaNET_ADB_VCOM_Drivers
6)pdaNET_4150.zip
7)PDAnet-64bit.zip
REMEMBER to disable driver Signature Enforcement on Windows 8.
THE SECOND STEP (that I've just told you):
The first time that I've tested "SRS One Click Android Root v4.7", it has given me your same error.
At the third attempt, finally it worked very well. I invite you to try several times.

:-)
I have tried the second step.. almost 20 times... did you see my screenshot? what do you think?
do you think my device is correctly recognize by my PC? or it has to be namd ANDROID DEVICE?
if i do your first suggestion.. do I have to uninstall every driver that I installed before trying the next one? thanks a lot!

wait a second please ... I'm uploading a zip that contains all drivers for Windows (too many people have problems with adb ... and then I've decided now to upload a zip with all drivers). When the upload will be completed I'll give you the link :-)
Well ... I've finished to upload all ADB drivers zip that contains 8 different drivers.
I suggest you to start with the first driver zip ( called "android driver win7_8" ).
You can download the all_ADB.zip at the link below:
