I have rooted my New Star N9599, now I want to put CWM on it, Can anyone help me?

The process is more or less the same for all MTK phones. Do you have the recovery for your phone yet? If so, you can copy it to SD and flash with Mobile Uncle app since you're already rooted, or use SP Flash Tool to flash it.
