We can flash TWRP recovery by two means.
Get the archive here : TWRP_2870_fastboot_Innos_D6000.zip (I have modified original one)
Or if you are root :
From the archive copy recovery.img from adb directory to your SD card
Install the application from Play Store : Flashify
Open Flashify,
Go to FLASH / Recovery Image and choose a file : select recovery.img you have copied on your sd card.
Yup and reboot.

Since my phone is not rooted, it seems to be the only option.
But I havent used QFIL before and dont know how...
Could you guide me for this or is it complicated?
Thanks

OK, I found this on the another forum forum from user daemonpnz
But the phone must reboot in bootloader !!! so Don't know if you can achieved this !!
Unpack the contents of the attached archive : [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
Run QFIL, select Flat Build and specify the paths to the files:
Click "Browse" and select the path to the file "prog_emmc_firehose_8936.mbn" in the folder with the
firmware.
Click on the "Load XML" button and select the files "rawprogram_unsparse.xml" and "patch0.xml".
Transfer the phone to the bootloader mode (press the power buttons simultaneously, vol+ and vol -).
The phone should be defined in QFIL as a COM port of Qualcomm.
Now you can start the firmware by clicking Download.

While in normal Android envoironment, it finds it as: Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9091 (COM9)
If I press vol+ and vol- and power, it finds it as: Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM15)
Is it safe to try and which one?
EDIT: I DID IT!!!!!!!!!
The TWRP works but it is in Russian language!

Ok, managed to root, so installed with flashify your recovery.img wich is fine, the known english TWRP!
Thanks a lot stevejc, you saved my day once again!
There is one more thing to do: When booting, it goes directly to innos, no powered by android, so no bootloader.
Trying commands only reboots the phone.
How can I fix this too? Now that I have TWRP that is... ;)
Do I need to use QFIL?

Don't know why !
Try this app [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
It adds some menu to reboot in different mode.
For the zip that I provided with Qfil, to get TWRP in English (for others users) maybe replace recovery.img by the one in TWRP tool. (not tested)
So now you can boot in TWRP and you are root, right ?

Yes, TWRP and root, prety much ok I 'd say ;)
Only problem is fastboot, it does not work. Says in wating for device for ever. In case I ever need to use it that is...
What I did:
Followed your instructions, then I rooted while in russian TWRP, then rebooted, installed en TWRP with flashify, and everythng is ok.
The initial boot screen is different, don't know why, if you try entering bootloader from within android it stucks "waiting for device". But if you do that in TWRP- then reboot to bootloader, it works! It just displays "innos" logo instead of "powered by Android" logo while in bootloader mode. But you can use fastboot command.
EDIT: Tried reboot app. When rebooting in bootloader, it just reboots the device.

Finally, I did it!
Using TWRP, I decided to install all over again the 3.2_update (marshmallow), followed your guide [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]:
- reboot to temporary TWRP via bat command file
- install the V3.2 update.
- clear cache and dalvik
- install supersu.zip : this will patch boot image
and finaly managed to boot into bootloader ("powered by android" screen followed by innos boot logo).
Now I remembered a couple of years before, I had used this method to update to marshmallow and did not have any problems, while you stevejc used a different approach for your phone and had a chineese logo instead of powered by android, if I remember correctly.
Always use stevejc's guides, not official ones!
I think the whole problem was that after updating to 2_6 from 2_3, I installed permanent TWRP 5.1.1 and then updated from inside android to 3_2 android 6 marshmallow. The permanent TWRP from 5.1.1 broke the bootloader when in 3_2.
Thanks stevejc, for your precious guides, personal help and effort!
