I think it is 2/4/17 or 700/1700/1900 Mhz for at&t

It's hard to find one that will fit at&t. I think there is also 2100 and 2300 MHz for 4g but you have to see if you have it in your area to be sure.
If you can with 2100 then you can look at Elephone p3000, i think there will be a review on here of it later on. It is $160 but still close. And it has 2100.
Also cubot Zorro has 2100.
The other option with more compatible 4g are very high end phones. LG g2 I think has better compatibility. But if 2100 is OK then there are more options.
