Many China phones have 850, but virtually none of them have 1900 and none of them have 1700/2100 AWS (With the exception of some Huawei penta-band phones)
In addition, just because you have 850, doesn't mean you'll get 3G. You need to be on AT&T or AT&T leased lines and in an area that's using 850.
