The new Zopo 4.2.1 is not rooted.
Download the new Wind 4.2.1. It is stock ROM with TWRP and root. Or the new Dzhyn if you want a custom ROM.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

What phone do you have?
Zopo is a brand name. Wind is a Chinese guy who makes custom ROMs.

So wind's rom is as same as zopo one? Where can I download wind rom except the top region thread, because I don't have permission to browse.
Thanks!

It is the same, but rooted and custom TWRP recovery.
