[Question] China clone for samsung s3- how to fix

I bought a china clone for samsung S3 but found out it doesnt have any RAM and it is locked and I cant install any app and there is no debug mode when I connect it to PC. Is there a way to install a ROM on it and fix those problems. The phone is working well now.
