There must be somewhere that has some decent used phones. I am definately low budget and could use your help.
Looking for:

single core

What's your budget Steve? It's very difficult to recommend a single core phone. Occasionally users have phones for sale here, but unlikely to be single core.

Low budget, like 100. Max150.
Doesn't have to be single core, just figured that would be cheaper.

For $150 you can get a new quad core if you can live with 4.5-5.0.
I'm not even sure if there were ever any decent 6.0" single-core phones made. Likely not.
Price does usually go up substantially with screen size (given everything else equal).
If you can live with 5.0", take a look at this:

Also, are you in North America? If so, 850MHz WCDMA will be required for 3G on AT&T or AT&T MVNO.
