How to take a screentshot on iNew v3?

is it possible to take a screenshot on our inew v3 without installing a 3rd party app?
on my inew v3 I cant take a screen shot with the phone by itself . (power key + volume down. doesn't work for me) so I had to install a thirdparty app

Install expose app, then install gravity box app..
Then tweak the gravity box for the the power button.then when u want to take a screen shot, just press the power button, then u will see "screen shot" option on the screen, then just execute.

I can take screenshot with pressing power+volume down simultaneously for about half a second. The clue is you must press the 2 buttons simultaneously, otherwise you will either power off your phone or get your volume down.

Yes, it should work. I've had no issues with it regardless of firmware. Anyways, you can also use GravityBox as mentioned by Steve and use GravityBox to place a screenshot tile in pull-down quick settings.
