How to root ALPS Z1 4.4.2

All we can do is recommend trying the root methods you haven't tried.
For the record (and just in case anyone else has your problem), which root methods have you tried?

Start with iroot. A lot seem to get motochopper too, though I'm not very sure how effective it is.

i woud like to increase the storage because the apk install partition is only 1Gb

iRoot APK doesn't work


is it a difference with a PC iRoot ?

iRoot on PC is more effective, i think. It has been developed further than the apk version.
