Why is my system storage different after flashing a new ROM?

I have just flashed this rom MP_mt89_v9_STAR_S5_pulid_jb2_20130314-144929_lixiaoli_PC
on my S5, but now phone storage capacity is only 1.29 GB

Someone knows why it was 5GB before?
And how I can fix it?

The partitions were likely changed. Check your internal storage and phone storage, you should see the 'missing' space in your internal storage now.

its very simple to fix it...Go to setting>storage>erase Phone srorage thats all..
