micromax canvas knight a350 network issue..

I have my new micromax canvas knight whoose networks are not properly showing up on my phone ... i have tried... changing sim card etc resetteing the phone etc....
But it is losing and gaining network in an interval of 5 to 6 minutes ...it is apperaing and the other momment they are gone... please please help me to sort out this problem..thanks in advance...
