Don't contact the reseller yet, but fix it yourself!
First you require to root your phone.
And it's handy that you can be connected to a WiFi network.

Fix the IMEI on your phone
Method 1: Let an app do it for you
1. Allow your phone to install apps from unknown sources
Tap the Settings Icon, then scroll down and tap Security, then enable Unknown Sources.
2. Connect to WiFi and use your Android browser to go to site.
Press the Download button to download MTK65xx-imei_EN.apk and after downloading install the file. If it's not asking to install, go to the apps screen on your phone and tap the icon Downloads and install it from there.
3. Follow instructions from the app to enter the IMEIs.
Reboot and the phone is fixed.
Method 2: Do it yourself (safer)
Use your PC and download . Unzip it after downloading.
Run IMEIGen.bat from the unzipped folder and enter the two IMEI codes. This will generate the correct MP0B001 IMEI file in the same folder as the program is located.
Switch on your phone, and connect to the WiFi, or connect the USB cable to the PC.
Copy MP0B001 to your SD card or e-mail it to your gmail account on your phone and download it from there.
Login to the Play Store and install Root Browser.
Copy with Root Browser the MP0B001 file from your SD card to
the root of your phone in /data/nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI
Reboot your phone, and done!
