Amazing photos !!! Are they 8mpx ?

I checked the links, the first pic is 12Mpx, the second is 5Mpx.
I would like to note that the 12Mpx photo is "interpolated" from 8Mpx and won't show a real improvement over the 8Mpx setting

its weird that sometimes 5 mp pics comes better than 12 mp, i dont know why.
maybe something wrong with my camer.

Regarding the 5mp looking better than 12mp. The camera is interpolating 12mp. It's not a true 12mp. The interpolation could be "fuzzing" things slightly. When they're reduced down to screen size (usually about 1-2mp at most unless blowing them up), the true 5mp might look better compared to interpolated 12mp.
