I'm interested in a fix for my front and rear quality. They says it is a 8Mpx (front) and 0,3Mpx (rear) but I suppose that is not true, probably an interpoled mix ... but hardware seems good, there is a way to obtain a better performance? I've heard about LEWA and MiUi roms, any usefull advice?

You mean 8mp rear and .3 front, yes? If so, that's not too far out of the realm of possibility. Seems like normal. If it was claiming 13mp and 5mp, okay then maybe we could question the reality of it. I'm not saying it's true 8mp, I'm just saying it's not too far fetched to believe it.
It could just be that the quality of the camera isn't so great. Unfortunately there's no fix to improve your camera. It's possible to make images slightly better with photo editing software, but unlikely to find any sort of patch or driver that will improve the camera.
How about some pics in the picture forum at 1mp? I want to see the quality.
Lewa and Miui likely won't increase performance. What's your current Antutu score?
