This is a just a quickie upload for those having an issue with getting their China tablet or phone recognized by the PC so can navigate it. Sometimes even after Windows 10 says the device drivers have been installed after you plug the phone in, you still can't access it in Windows Explorer / My Computer.
If you can see the device in device manager, but it has a yellow exclamation mark !, then this guide will likely help you.
Prerequisites:
-- USB ADB drivers installed (http://www.mediafire.com/file/1pqxcg0cexeud80/adb-driver-and-command-auto-setup-1.4.2.rar)
-- Enable developer mode --->>> Settings>About phone>Tab "Build #" 7x)
-- Enable USB debugging --->>> Settings>Developer mode
-- Unplug and replug the phone via USB to PC. Pay attention to phone's display and allow USB debugging.
-- Look in notification shade / pull down and make sure phone is set to "MTP" mode and not "Charge only" mode.
Then follow guide as in video
-- Device manager > Right-click on trouble device > Properties > Update driver > Browse > Let me pick > Choose any of the ones that show up, if one doesn't work, try another
Bam

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth
