GIGABYTE MAYA M1 V1 -ANY ROMS AND ROOT PROCEDURE AVAILABLE

Dear friends,
i have a Gigabyte Maya M1 V1 smartphone and i am looking for a firmware update (rom) and the root procedure how to do it. Is there anything out there available?

Follow this tutorial to install CWM while unrooted [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
Download and unrar the file from here [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
Extract the zip file from the downloaded rar and place it in the root of your SD card.
Boot into recovery and select to install zip from SD card. Navigate to the zip file and select it.
Boot into android and launch the supersu app, update binaries.

Do you know where can i find an updated rom for my GIGABYTE MAYA M1 V1?? I tried to find it through google but i ended up with fake sites and adventisements.... can you help me please again!!?
